About Us

A floor layer working on new build home sites, learning invaluable best practices and efficiencies who has, for now, hung up his tools and enjoys leading the team. Interests – Supporting Tottenham Hotspur, watching his kids play sports and spending time with his Wife.

Barbara’s career history was as a Sales Representative in the Computer Supplies Industry where she worked for many years before she left to have children. When she returned to work, Tread Floor was one of her first contracts. She provides an excellent customer service role, keeping everyone updated and is a happy friendly face to all our visitors. Her interests are spending time with her family and friends.

Keely trained as an Accountant and worked in various roles until 2014 when Bradley and Keely had a vision to create a flooring company that cared and delivered on time and on budget with a great level of service. Interests – Spiritual and Holistic world and holidays with the family.

Justin joined Tread Floor in 2020 amidst the pandemic. He is super organised and efficient and runs the warehouse like clockwork. Interests spending time with his family and his dogs.

Lewis joined Tread Floor as an apprentice and completed his NVQ in floor laying with us. He has since gone on to complete further flooring courses to complement his flooring knowledge and train other members of the flooring team. His interests are supporting Tottenham Hotspur and spending time with his family.

Gloria can be found at work with us 3 days a week, greeting all visitors and reps. She is a lively and sometimes noisy addition to the Tread Floor Team but brings lots of laughter and cuddles. She is in no way a typical lazy bulldog.
